According to the formal statement, "A mysterious meeting pulls protagonists Naoe and Yasuke into a new mission, where rumors of prohibited practices and terrifying changes reverberate through the obscurity." The narrative introduces a "oddly dressed woman named Ada" who assigns the pair with venturing into the Crystalline Cavern—a significant location from Attack on Titan—to save her ally from a clandestine group.
The adventure focuses on "bizarre trials and a terrifying foe" and is open to all players who have acquired the Yasuke character.
Familiar Settings and Metamorphoses
The teaser features the Underground Chapel from Attack on Titan reimagined as the Crystal Cave. This significant location was previously where the Reiss royal family handed down the Founding Titan ability through eras. The teaser finishes with a powerful sequence showing a character, likely the captive, changing into a Titan that towers over Naoe and Yasuke.
Exclusive Rewards and Extra Material
Players who successfully complete the adventure will receive an exclusive katana in addition to several objects secreted throughout the area in secret chests. The update also contains in-store Attack on Titan item packs, including:
